Online Application for Original Certificate

Those learner who have passed KKHSOU Bachelor Degree, Master Degree & PG Diploma on or before December 31,2023 can apply for Original Certificate.

STEPS TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Step 1:
Register using the "Create Account" process. The email ID and mobile number used for registration must be valid and functional and should preferably belong to the applicant. Communications will be done only to the registered email address or mobile number.
Step 2:
After Registration you will be able to login using the user name and password sent to you in your registered email and mobile number. The User name and password will be valid for the entire process. You can retrieve the password from "Forgot Password" option.
Step 3:
  • Enter Personal Details.
  • Upload Required Documents.
  • Preview & Pay the Fee of Rs 535/- Online.
    • Scanned copies of the following documents are to be uploaded:
    (File size should be less than 800 KB)
  • Consolidated/Final Year Marksheet
  • Assamese Name

    • You can make payment through-
    • Debit/Credit Card or Netbanking
    • Wallet/UPI Like Phone Pay, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay etc.
  • After Successful Payment download the Receipt.
