Apply to the Controller of Examinations through the Study Centre with requisite documents within 60 days from the result's declaration date. Contact the Coordinator of the Study Centre for information regarding the requisite documents to be submitted. If the request is made after 60 days but before 90 days, you have to pay a fine of Rs 1000/-. If the request is made after 90 days no request will be entertained and the result will be updated as failed.
2. Can I change the elective subject after admission?
A candidate enrolling for the BA programme in KKHSOU is required to select his/her elective course after careful deliberation in the 1st semester. If a learner wants to change the elective course in the 1st semester, he/she should write an application (forwarded by the Study Centre) to the Registrar of the University. The last date for course change after admission (if any) will be two months from the last date of admission. For subject change, a learner has to pay through SBI challan a sum of Rs. 500/- plus the cost of SLM (Rs. 75/- for undergraduate and graduate programmes; and Rs. 150/- for post-graduate programmes per booklet).
3. How do I take admission for the next semester onwards?
After completion of a particular semester, a learner is required to apply for the next semester simply by paying the necessary fees within one month of the last examination day of the previous semester. Candidates having PG Diploma in Business Management from KKHSOU or any other University/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE having 75% common courses are eligible to get lateral entry in the 3rd semester of the MBA Programme. For admission into MBA, candidates except the exempted one, must clear an Entrance Test. Questions in the Common Entrance Test shall be objective type consisting of General Knowledge, General English, General Arithmetic, and Test of Reasoning. 8. What are the rules for Repeat and Betterment in KKHSOU?
The betterment option applies to Master's Degree Learners only. For clearing a particular course of a particular programme up to the final degree a minimum of 35% marks, which comprise the marks obtained from term-end examination and home assignments as indicated are required. Only One Chance will be given to candidates for betterment in the next session. For availing repeat performance or Betterment a candidate has to apply using a specific betterment form which is available on the website within one month from the date of declaration of result. Betterment chance can be availed of only for two papers in one Semester.
9. How can I obtain a Pass Certificate?
Application for Provisional/Original Pass Certificate must be submitted at the office of the Registrar, KKHSOU along with all the necessary documents. When a learner applies for a Provisional Pass Certificate after passing a particular programme, approximately 30 days are required for the issue of the same.
