Being an academician and performer throughout Academic career, her strength lies in envisaging the thoughts and translating the visions into actionable goals. While associated with Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) in the last 18 years , she is productively exploring new areas in the field of Management Studies and Open Distance Learning and; adopting an interdisciplinary approach into all my research activities; teaching her learners through the ODL mode and supervising her research thesis by introducing the scholars to different researchable areas. As she work in an Open University, she consider it to be a great opportunity to visualize herself as an activist who is dedicated to provide education to a large number of aspiring learners who somehow couldn’t complete their degrees to achieve while accessing Higher Education
