Dr. Sanjib Borah CV
Dr. Sanjib Borah is an Assistant Professor in Assamese at the Padmanath Gohain Baruah School of Humanities, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University. He earned his Ph.D. from Gauhati University in 2019, focusing on Modern Assamese Literature. Supported by the University Grants Commission, he has made significant contributions to Assamese literature and modernism, with scholarly interests in Modernism, Literary Theory, Modern Short Stories, and Modern Painting. Dr. Borah is proficient in technology with strong technical skills in graphic art, networking, and AI.
With four years of teaching experience, Dr. Borah has published extensively in prestigious journals such as Aitihya: the heritage, Drishti: the Sight, Sampriti etc. He has also contributed to various academic books. Beyond academia, he is a renowned illustrator and graphic designer, having worked for a decade in Goriyashi and serving as Art Editor for Anyayug and Seuji Seuji. His creative projects include educational materials and multimedia guides for the Save the Children Project, UNICEF, and Central Government projects. Dr. Borah's work has earned him recognition in both the academic and creative fields.
