Dr. Pallavi Gogoi began her career as an English teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT, Guwahati and currently teaches English Literature at Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, Guwahati. Some of her strengths as a teacher are her inherent sense of creativity, multi-tasking skills, written and communication skills, systematic approaches, good practices, organisational ability, active engagement, pateince and empathy. 

Besides her love for literature, she also nurtures a passion for music, art, craft. poetry, writing or journalling and designing along with a penchant for cooking, embriodery, pet-care and gardening. At the work front, she continues to take up new challenges with integrity, sincerity, openess, dedication and innovation.
