A special certificate distribution ceremony was organised at Kanoi College, Dibrugarh, in collaboration with the Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) study centre. The event marked the formal distribution of certificates to open university students from three major districts of Upper Assam: Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, and Charaideo. The event was attended by university officials, including Registrar Pranjit Saikia, Dean Dr Ridip Dev Choudhury, Assistant Registrar Birinchi Bora, and Jorhat Regional Centre Director Dr Sanjib Ghimire. The dignitaries highlighted the growing importance of distance education, the integration of modern digital learning resources, and strategies to help students become self-reliant.
