KKHSOU Alumni Association was established on 30th December, 2018. Its first meeting was held in Dispur, Guwahati. The Association is registered under the Societies Registration Act. The Association aims to contribute to the betterment of KKHSOU. KKHSOU is the only State Open University in North East India with over 500,000 learners. The University offers various academic programmes and is committed to fostering a knowledge-based society. From July 2023, it offers UG and PG programmes in accordance with the NEP 2020. The Alumni Association plays a significant role in the University’s journey. Over 500,000 learners have completed their higher education journey from KKHSOU, making it a large family.
