The Teachers’ Association of KKHSOU, in collaboration with the Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA), organised a Financial Awareness Programme on 4th September 2025 at the Conference Hall, City Campus. The programme was specially designed for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the University and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 100 employees.

The event was inaugurated by Professor Nripendra Narayan Sarma, Director, Maniram Dewan School of Management, who emphasised the importance of financial knowledge in the present economic scenario. Dr. Parag Dutta, President of the Teachers’ Association, also addressed the gathering and underlined the need for systematic financial planning to ensure security and better investment returns.

The technical sessions were led by eminent resource persons, including Mr. Tarif Ul Amnin, Regional Head, UTI, who delivered valuable insights on financial literacy, investment opportunities, and portfolio diversification.

The programme concluded with an interactive session where participants engaged actively with the experts. The event was highly informative and received wide appreciation from the attendees.
